Prologis, the global leader in logistics real estate, has fully leased its Broadway Distribution Center, a brand new 141,524-square-foot Class A industrial/distribution building located at 6300 North Broadway in Denver, to Target Corporation.

Steve Hager, Matt Trone, SIOR, and Joey Trinkle with Cushman & Wakefield together with Keiffer Garton, vice president and market officer at Prologis, represented Prologis in the transaction.

“We are thrilled to welcome the respected and beloved Target brand to the Prologis Distribution Center, a new modern logistics property that serves as a strategic last-mile location in central Denver and offers tremendous tenant benefits, including convenient freeway and intermodal access, LEED building certification, and automation-ready design features to meet today’s distribution needs,” said Steve Hager, managing director.

Hager continued, “Fully preleasing the facility prior to completion emphasizes the ongoing momentum and demand for high-quality industrial products in the region. Denver continues to be a sought-after industrial market because of its close access to a strong workforce as well as logistical access to serve key destinations in Colorado and other West and Midwest regions.”

Designed by Powers Brown Architects and developed by Prologis, Prologis Broadway Distribution Center features a Class A office to suit, 32’ clear height, (28) 9’ x 10’ dock-high doors and (4) 12’ x 14’ drive-in doors, ample trailer and auto parking, ESFR sprinklers, LED lighting, and reliable power. The location provides convenient access to I-25, I-70, I-76, I-270 and US 36, with outstanding I-25 visibility and frontage, along with tenant signage. It is also close to the BNSF Railway Intermodal and UP Intermodal and minutes from downtown Denver.
