Saunders Construction, together with East West Partners, has proudly announced the topping out of the highly anticipated project, The Amble, a premier luxury living community in Steamboat Springs. This significant milestone marks the placement of the final beam on the structure, symbolizing the culmination of months of dedicated effort toward creating a new state-of-the-art, all-electric residential community directly across the street from the Steamboat Ski Resort.

he Amble will set a new standard for luxury and sustainability at a world-class ski resort that hasn’t seen any new condo units delivered in 15 years.
Perched on top of a hill with stunning mountain and valley views, The Amble will house 42 residences from one to four bedrooms. Designed for sustainability, by 359 Design, the energy-efficient building design will keep the energy needed for heating, cooling, lighting and living at a minimum. Other premium features will include a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, guest lounge, game room, ski and boot locker room, and underground heated parking with EV charging.
Ryan Stone, managing partner of East West Partners, praised the project team, saying, “We are thrilled with our partnership with Saunders and the progress the team is making at The Amble. We are currently ahead of schedule, which is difficult to do. We look forward to continuing to work together to bring this community to life creating another terrific place in Steamboat.”
The Amble is located on a 1.63-acre site at 2300 Mount Warner Circle at the base of Steamboat Springs Ski Resort. The project is three miles from downtown Steamboat Springs and 27 miles from the Yampa Valley Regional Airport, serving 16 domestic cities on six major airlines. In addition to the winter sports, The Amble will also benefit from the vibrant summer offerings at Steamboat, including mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing and golf at two championship 18-hole courses.
The Amble is on track for a spring 2026 grand opening.
