The Dinerstein Companies, a Houston-Based full–service real estate and development company, announced today the plans for its newest Atlas branded property, Atlas Longmont, a 371–unit apartment community located in Longmont.

Located at 301 First Avenue and adjacent to the 52–acre Dickens Farm Nature Area, Atlas Longmont is situated within walking distance to downtown Longmont, providing residents with a variety of dining and shopping options and easy access to events.
Atlas Longmont will have studio, one–, two– and three–bedroom apartments ranging from 541 to 1,411–square–feet. Spanning approximately 12 acres and totaling 330,000–square–feet, the property will consist of ten three–story buildings and one residential four–story building, along with a separate, two–story leasing and amenity building. Amenities include an outdoor pool and multiple spas, clubhouse, roof deck and co–working space. The apartment community will also have a number of smaller amenity spaces sprinkled throughout the property for residents to enjoy.

An affiliate of The Dinerstein Companies plans to break ground on the LEED Certified asset in late 2023, with initial units being delivered in early 2025 and a target completion date of early 2026.
