The Source Hotel + Market Hall will be bringing The Source experience outdoors this summer, coining it “Out Source.” Each Saturday and Sunday Smōk Barbecue will expand its services into the large front lot and the program will give you exactly what you’ve been craving: human connection, great food, cocktails, wine, amazing service, and finally putting the first part of this year behind us.
Final approval of the expanded seating area for “Out Source” is still pending with the City of Denver, but we anticipate an early-June launch.
In addition to Smōk’s specialty menu being offered outdoors, you can also visit your favorite Source tenants including Safta, Reunion Bread, Acorn, Grabowski’s, and more, and enjoy your meal in the new patio seating.
Several geodesic domes provide a more intimate, comfortable space for guests, and they were a labor of love. Handmade by local Denver maker, Mathieu Mudie of Eyes Open Project located inside the Source, the domes are made of natural wood with canvas canopies. Lounge seating within lets you gather responsibly in the shade, while traditional patio seating is also available with umbrellas.
A host will guide you to your seat for your intimate gathering and tables are given ample space to ensure the safety of guests and staff. A special curbside pick-up lane will remain available for easy curbside pick-up for other concepts at The Source Hotel + Market Hall.
Who’s Open at The Source?
Interested in dining in one of the restaurants? Grabowski’s Pizzeria and The Woods will begin offering dine-in at 50 percent occupancy this week. Safta will announce their plans soon to open for dine-in service, and Smok is opening up their existing spacious patio next Friday but will focus their efforts on the Al Fresco program in addition to curbside pick-up and delivery. Reunion Bread Co., Proper Pour, and Beet & Yarrow are open for business, and Eyes Open Project is now offering special picnic, art, and cocktail packages for both delivery and pick-up.
