BRECKENRIDGE – PCL Construction recently celebrated the topping-off of the Grand Colorado Peak 8 condominium building, located slope side on Peak 8 at the Breckenridge Ski Resort.
The 220,000-square-foot building includes three levels of below grade parking, retail space, pools, spas, an ice rink and ski school amenities. There are five levels of timeshare condominiums (47 whole units and 56 lock-off units) for Breckenridge Grand Vacations. The structure is comprised of cast-in-place foundations, precast parking garage, and structural steel above grade.
