DENVER – Joining tenants Sarah O. and Run for the Roses that opened earlier this month, two new Denver retail destinations – FREE MARKET and HEYDAY – are now open at Dairy Block, downtown Denver’s newest micro-district that celebrates the maker.

FREE MARKET is an ever-evolving collective that develops and markets curated products, services, and experiences by combining incubator strategy with artistic understanding and infrastructure strength.

New Denver retail concepts currently open at FREE MARKET include women’s clothing by AYR, skin, body & hair care by Aesop, coastal California retail & art by Alchemy Works, makeup and skin care by Beautycounter, handbags & accessories by Clare V., women’s clothing, accessories & home goods by Jenni Kayne and outdoor apparel & gear by Westerlind. Rosemont Barber & Supply at FREE MARKET offers a full menu of men’s grooming services and products. Created by Raan Parton and Lindsay Parton, FREE MARKET also features BRUTØ, a restaurant concept by Colorado Chef Kelly Whitaker and B.O.H café serving Devoción coffee.

Located on the corner of 18th & Blake Streets, FREE MARKET’s special programming division leverages vital relationships with stakeholders, building owners, and the real estate community to cultivate and activate key retail and mixed-use development projects. FREE MARKET is built on partnerships with award-winning Denver architecture firm Nguyen Lawrence Architects, the retail innovators at Klein Agency and construction expertise by Ponderosa Construction.

FREE MARKET is hosting a Grand Opening Celebration this weekend, May 18, with a number of activations.

HEYDAY offers the essentials for laidback living with an edge. Founded in 2015 by husband and wife duo Ryan and Jennifer Little, HEYDAY quickly made a name for itself in Northern Colorado as a friendly and welcoming place to shop for a highly curated collection of quality goods.

Located in the Dairy Block Alley off of Blake’s Passage, the HEYDAY boutique features women’s apparel, shoes, accessories and jewelry, along with home, lifestyle and gift options. HEYDAY carries Levi’s, Free People, Scotch & Soda, MATE the Label, TOMS, bkr, Capri Blue, Tai Jewelry, BITCHSTIX, BeautyCounter, Bespoke Letterpress and Blackhouse Furniture, as well as other new Denver-exclusive brands. Custom furniture pieces will also be available for purchase.

HEYDAY will also be holding a Grand Opening Celebration this Saturday, May 18, featuring live music, giveaways, food and drink and a gift with every purchase.

Both stores are open daily from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
