Unico Properties, LLC unveils its development arm in Denver with the recent announcement of a mixed-use property located at 1615 Platte Street. Unico, which has developed several mixed-use properties in Washington and Oregon, has had a presence here in Denver since 2006 purchasing real estate. open studio | architecture is the designer of Platte Street and Swinerton Builders is the contractor for the 90,000 SF space that will include retail, office and parking.
