Unico Welcomes Two New Tenants to Cherry Creek North

Unico Properties LLC, a subsidiary of Unico Investment Group LLC that has been acquiring, managing and developing commercial properties in Colorado for more than 15 years, recently secured long-term leases with Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls and Kindbody at its 2nd and Josephine property in Denver’s Cherry Creek North.

“Cherry Creek North is the perfect live-work-play destination for high-caliber tenants looking to serve to the area’s residents,” said Sarajane Goodfellow, director, market leader for Unico. “This is the first Colorado location for both Mason’s and Kindbody, and we couldn’t be prouder to have them as part of the Unico portfolio. They are a welcome addition to Cherry Creek North’s diverse offerings.”

Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls, an authentic East Coast lobster roll restaurant, will move into a 1,500-square-foot space at 2415 East 2nd Avenue in early 2022. Formerly occupied by Ink! Coffee, the single-story retail building features large floor-to-ceiling windows that face 2nd Avenue.

With plans to move in November, Kindbody, an affordable and accessible fertility and family-building care clinic will move into its first Colorado location at 220 Josephine St. Suite 100, occupying a 5,019-square-foot-space.

Unico currently owns and operates more than 4 million square feet of office and retail space in Colorado.
