Upton Residences, Denver’s largest for-sale mixed-use condo development since 2009 located at 18th and Glenarm starting in the low $400s, opened the doors to a fully decorated two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence that will serve as the sales center while the development continues construction. The Sales Gallery is located at 1800 Welton Street, which was formerly a 7-Eleven.

“When guests walk into the Sales Gallery they will feel right at home,” said Stephanie Babineau, VP of marketing and sales for Amacon. “The residence features monochromatic colorways with warm tones and textures that provide a modern, yet comfortable feel. You will even be able to experience the warmth of the sun that will shine into our residences, as we’ve created special window treatments to give buyers an idea of the natural lighting and stunning views they would get from their balconies.”

There are two elegantly appointed design packages for Upton’s 461 for-sale residences, the Uptown and the Downtown. The Sales Gallery displays both design packages, featuring quartz counter tops, custom-designed Italian cabinets, high-performance luxury vinyl tile flooring, premium chef-inspired appliances, soaker bathtubs and more. Sales Gallery guests also get to immerse themselves with wall-mounted touchscreens and iPads showing interactive floorplans and renderings of all of the amenities available to Upton buyers including a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, social lounge, outdoor pool, patio grill stations, fitness center, guest suite and more.  The art throughout the sales center is by Emily Knight of Patternco, a Denver Public School teacher and artist.

“Being able to experience a fully built-out model is such an amazing experience for Upton’s future residents,” said Malisa Eakins, sales associate at West + Main, which is exclusively handling sales for Upton. “From the art on the walls to the cabinetry, the design and finishes are very thoughtful and many have local ties, which has been so important to the Amacon team. Walking both the indoor and outdoor spaces, touching the finishes and even checking out the ‘views’ – the entire tour really gives people a great overall idea of what it will feel like to live here.”

The Sales Gallery is open to the public and will be open Tuesday through Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. or by appointment. Appointments can be made by emailing sales@uptonresidences.com and drop-in visits are also welcome. Reservations for Upton Residences will open for buyers in mid-summer and those interested are encouraged to get on the list here
