Vertix Builders is “General Contractor of the Year” for the Second Straight Year

Vertix Builders served as the general contractor for the 140,000-square-foot FLIGHT office building in RiNo.

DENVER– Vertix Builders, Inc. has been recognized as the General Contractor of the Year, a prestigious industry award presented by the American Subcontractor Association of Colorado (ASA of Colorado). This is the second year in a row that Vertix has been honored with the award which is presented to the general contracting company that runs an efficient jobsite, is a reliable partner, schedules efficiently, and treats their trade partners fairly.

Vertix was the youngest company to ever win the award in 2017 and is humbled to be recognized again this year.

“We highly value our trade partners, who make up 90 percent of our projects.  We succeed when they succeed, and we put a lot of effort into understanding their difficulties and trying to work with them.  To win this award from the ASAC is a true honor and a highlight to everyone at Vertix Builders.  Our company culture really puts subcontractors at the forefront as trade partners to form a true construction team,” said Ryan Bonner, president of Vertix Builders. “We work hard to assemble great teams.  We believe that if we focus on our employees and finding the right people, it will make a great work environment which will facilitate great relationships with trade partners, clients, and consultants, and the result will be great projects.”

Respected in the industry as a healthcare construction specialist, Vertix is currently building the new Dry Creek medical office building in the Inverness Business Park, as well as the Greeley Skilled Nursing Facility, a 52,000-square-foot recovery center for patients following hospital stays. Vertix also recently served as the general contractor for the 140,000-square-foot FLIGHT office building in RiNo.
