Vertix Builders, Inc. is celebrating a significant milestone — a decade of building excellence. The company recently celebrated its 10th anniversary at the Denver Zoo, which was exclusively bought out for the event, creating a truly unique and memorable atmosphere for the 400 guests in attendance. This special night was not just a celebration of years but a vibrant showcase of the culture and community that have been pivotal to the company’s success.

As guests wandered among the exhibits (some of which were built by Vertix), they were treated to food, complemented by a selection of signature Vertix drinks, all set to the lively tunes of an 8-piece band. The atmosphere was electric, filled with the spirit of camaraderie and celebration that has become a hallmark of Vertix Builders’ corporate culture.

From its inception in 2014, Vertix Builders has emphasized a people-first approach, a philosophy deeply ingrained in its operations and interactions. This anniversary event was a reflection of that ethos, bringing together the dedicated employees, valued clients, and trusted vendors whose combined efforts have fueled a decade of successful projects and growth.

President Ted Laszlo captured the essence of the evening: “Tonight, we celebrate not just what we have achieved, but who has made it possible,” he said. “The success of Vertix Builders is a testament to the incredible people who are part of our journey. I am profoundly grateful for each and every one of our partners and team members who have contributed to our story. They are the true architects of our success.”

The choice of the Denver Zoo as the venue also underscored Vertix Builders’ commitment to supporting local communities and conservation — a value that aligns with its project ethos of community impact. In the past year, Vertix started Vertix Health Charities to bring much-needed medical infrastructure to developing nations. Many in attendance have also been part of the early success of these charitable initiatives.

As Vertix Builders looks to the future, the event served as a powerful reminder of the past and present collaborations that will propel them to new heights in the years to come. The enduring impact of its people-centered approach promises to continue driving its success, with the 10th-anniversary celebration at the Denver Zoo marking another chapter in its remarkable journey of building spaces and relationships that last.
