Warehouse & Distribution Users Drive Industrial Leasing

Denver, CO – CBRE Colorado Research Team recently released their latest MarketFlash and reports that warehouse and distribution space accounted for 84% of all industrial leasing activity in Denver.

CBRE Research reports the following: 

“​Nearly 12.0 million square feet of industrial space was leased in the Denver area over the past four quarters, including renewals and expansions. The breakdown by property is as follows:

• Manufacturing: 648,000 sq. ft. (5%)
• Flex R&D: 1,264,000 sq. ft. (11%)
• Warehouse/Distribution: 9,979,000 sq. ft. (84%)
