WeWork Anchored Office Development Announced for RiNo

Revolution 360 LLC — a joint venture composed of general partner Ed Haselden, who is chairman of the board at Haselden Construction; Keystone Equities; Rob Cohen; Tributary Real Estate and Avenue Property Group — has announced plans to build a five-story office and retail development that will break ground in the second quarter of 2019 at 3600 Brighton Blvd. in RiNo.

The general contractor is Haselden Construction and the project architect is Anderson Mason Dale.

WeWork will lease half of the 150,000-square-foot building, on floors two and three, totaling 68,000 square feet of space.

WeWork recently announced it would rebrand to The We Co, consisting of three parts – WeWork, WeLive, and WeGrow.

Completion is slated for the third quarter of 2020.
