Developer Roundtable at SMPS May 9 Luncheon

DENVER  — The Colorado Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services’ May 9 luncheon will host a roundtable focused on developers, with participants representing many sectors. Our guest developers will share information about their upcoming opportunities and forecasts, as well as what they evaluate and prefer for in business practices such as proposals, and finally, how to get in front of them to win more work.

SMPS Colorado is offering this valuable opportunity to connect with key influencers in small group settings—through a roundtable program. The roundtables will consist of groups of 10-12 members around the guest speaker where attendees are in an intimate setting to hold more informal and interactive discussions in areas of interest and the opportunity to inquire more face to face with the developer. Facilitated by experienced marketing/business development professionals, these groups provide a unique opportunity to learn from each other and cultivate relationships with developers you may otherwise not get in one room.

Event Champions: Shen Milsom + Wilke, ME Group, Alliance Construction

Participating Developers:

Zeppelin Development is recognized for over 40 years on innovative mixed-used projects in Denver’s urban core neighborhood. Fundamental to the Zeppelins’ success is identifying underused properties in primarily former-industrial areas- this strategy began in the mid-1970’s with catalytic projects in Lower Downtown, continued in the 80’s and 90’s with beginning stage redevelopment of the Golden Triangle neighborhood and is currently driving the development of Denver’s River North (RiNo) area.

Since its founding in 1981, Prime West has developed over 5.5 million square feet of commercial real estate and currently manages 2.2 million square feet, including office, retail, and medical projects. Prime West Companies consists of Prime West Development, LLC, and Prime West Real Estate Services, LLC, providing a full suite of commercial real estate services to Colorado's front range. More than 15 years ago, East West Partners set out to build Riverfront Park and to revive the historic Union Station area. Principles borrowed from the mountain communities became the pillars of the projects: a pedestrian-friendly lifestyle, collaboration with the city, and communal cohesion. Spanning the Denver metro area, East West Partners has built 1,300 residences, 75,000 square feet of community retail space, and 750,000 square feet of Class-A office space. Most importantly, East West Partners has given rise to a community where none existed before.
