A combination of municipal and private financing has finally made the $31 million Greeley hotel and conference center a reality after almost 20 years in the making. Hensel Phelps is the contractor and Johnson Nathan Strohe is the architect. Providence Hospitality Partners of Denver will manage the Double Tree by Hilton hotel scheduled to open July 2017.
