Sagebrush Companies to Build Creative Industrial Office Building in Boulder

A new 54,000-square-foot industrial building to be built at 5125 Pearl Pkwy, Boulder.

DENVER — Sagebrush Companies, a Denver-based firm specializing in real estate investments and thoughtful development, will build a new 54,000-square-foot industrial office building at 5125 Pearl Pkwy in Boulder.  The three-story building will be located on a 2.5 acre site, just one mile away from the new Google campus.

“We take a great deal of pride in identifying unique real estate opportunities that will bring success to our partners and most importantly, the communities we intend to serve with our projects,” said Robert “Jake” Jacobsen, CEO and founder of Sagebrush Companies. “This will be a high quality creative industrial office building that will fill a need in Boulder, especially considering the impact of the new Google campus and explosive development on the east edge of Boulder.”

Construction on the industrial building is scheduled to begin late this year.  The architect and general contractor is the Beck Group. The Class A development will meet Gold LEED standards.

Sagebrush focuses on core-market multifamily whether distressed or value-add, as well as ground-up development. The firm has been active in the Boulder real estate market in recent months, most recently selling a property at 2691 30th Street (the former site of Robb’s Boulder Music), a property they received multiple offers for and ultimately made the decision to help address the city’s homelessness strategy when selecting their buyer, ALR Investments.
