FORT COLLINS, CO — The Neenan Company, a fully integrated design-build firm based in Colorado that specializes in the architecture and construction of commercial, education and healthcare facilities throughout the U.S., has broken ground on Elevations Credit Union’s 4,900-square-foot branch facility in Midtown, Fort Collins.
The development site is located at 2025 South College Ave., with prominent visibility along the high-traffic road. The credit union branch is positioned just north of the Whole Foods location in Midtown, and within walking distance to the Spring Creek public transit station. Repurposing the property furthers the city’s efforts to develop respected and recognized brands in Midtown, currently experiencing a surge in housing and retail redevelopments.
Planned for completion in fall 2017, The Neenan Company is serving as the design-build partner for the project. Northern Engineering served as the civil engineer on the project and CS Design completed the planning. The branch facility will have two drive-thru lanes and will offer its full range of branch services in addition to housing a mortgage lending office.
The Neenan Company has a long history with Elevations Credit Union, having previously completed and continuing to deliver several projects across the Front Range within the past years. The Neenan Company will also serve as the design-build partner on Elevations’ recently acquired property on Mountain Avenue, a site planned for future branch development.
“We are thrilled to continue our work with The Neenan Company as we expand our service to Northern Colorado communities,” said Mike Tressler, assistant vice president of corporate real estate for Elevations Credit Union. “As the design-build partner for our recent Front Range projects, The Neenan Company has played an integral role in helping to develop our growth and physical expansion into a reality.”
The Neenan Company is based in Colorado and was a 2013 recipient of the national American Business Ethics Award. More information is available at www.neenan.com.
