Denver, CO – Marcus & Millichap, today announced the sale of Glory Apartments, a 47-unit apartment property located in Denver, Colorado, according to Richard A. Bird, regional manager of the firm’s Denver office. The asset sold for $3,200,000. Glory Apartments consists of six studio units, 33 one-bed, one-bath units, and eight two-bed, one-bath units. Buyer says they plan to make upgrades to the units.
Greg Price, apartment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office and senior director of National Multi Housing Group, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a local private investor. The buyer, a local private investor, was secured and represented by Austin Masket and Brian E. Haggar, apartment specialists also in the firm’s Denver office.
Glory Apartments is located at 1345-1363 Yosemite Street in Denver, Colorado. It is conveniently located near I-70 and Colfax Avenue, which provides easy access to downtown Denver and Denver International Airport. The property is also 10 minutes south from the Shops at Northfield Stapleton and 10 minutes east of the Fitzsimons Life Sciences District which currently employs over 21,000 people.
