Theron Gore Named Chief Marketing Officer at East West Hospitality

Colorado’s East West Hospitality is pleased to announce Theron Gore as Chief Marketing Officer at the award-winning leader in luxury property management.

Gore oversees all aspects of sales and marketing for East West Hospitality, which has more than 30 years of success in a diversity of businesses, including association, rental and property management, hotels, spas, fitness, restaurants, and retail operations.

East West Hospitality currently manages over 90 Homeowner Associations and more than 2,500 condominiums, townhome and luxury homes  in Colorado, Utah, South Carolina, California and Hawaii as part of its vacation rental program. East West Hospitality also manages condominium hotels, retail outlets, commercial properties, world-class spas & fitness centers and restaurants.  With more than $3 billion in assets under management and 1,300 employees, East West Hospitality prides itself on offering optimal results for owners and genuine hospitality to its guests and employees.

Gore brings over twenty years of marketing and technology experience to East West Hospitality, having founded three successful  custom software, digital marketing and website development businesses, including Eagle River Associates and SendSites.

Norris Design Promotes Staff in Denver & Fort Collins

Norris Design, a national planning, landscape architecture and branding firm, has announced the promotion of Ally Balderston and Kayleigh Robinson to associate in the Denver office, and Jared Sickmann to associate in the Fort Collins office.

Ally joined Norris Design in 2016 after completing her Masters in Landscape Architecture at Kansas State University. Focused on making places accessible through universal design, she is working on Vive on Via Varra, a townhome and affordable housing development in Broomfield; and RainDance, an award-winning master planned community in Windsor. Ally also participated in the Downtown Denver Partnership 2019 Leadership Program.

Kayleigh is a landscape designer and planner specializing in large land planning, design development, and site/master planning efforts. Her current projects include Parterre, a garden-themed master planned community in Thornton; and High Point, a mixed-use development in Aurora. Kayleigh is active in the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver Young Leaders
Council.

Jared Sickmann

Jared joined Norris Design in 2016 and is now an associate in the firm’s Fort Collins office. Skilled in hand rendering, his experience includes a variety of parks and recreation, mixed-use, multifamily, and resort and hospitality projects. Jared’s current projects include Colliers Hill, a 965-acre master planned community near downtown Erie; and Northwest Crossing, a master planned community in Bozeman, Montana. Jared is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects and volunteers through the ACE Mentor Program.
