Affordable Housing Update: Fund Advanced to a Vote by the Full Denver City Council

The Affordable Housing Fund in Denver has been a topic of contention all summer, but the motion advanced to a vote by the full Denver City Council after a committee vote Wednesday, August 24th. The proposed fund would raise $156M over the next ten years with property taxes and a new fee for developers up to $1.70/SF.
