Almost 1/3 of Spec Office Tower in Downtown Denver Leased Out

The 40-story office tower located at 1144 15th Street, known as the Hines building, has now leased out nearly one-third of its office space. The office was built speculatively, but JLL‘s team has already leased out 200,000 SF of space with 470,000 SF left to be claimed. The Hines building is expected to be completed in January 2018.

Hensel Phelps is the contractor and Kendall/Heaton Associates, Inc. is the architect of record on this office project.
