DENVER– The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a global management consulting firm, has signed a new 23,000-square-foot lease on the 38th floor of 1144 Fifteenth Street, the new 40-story, Class AA office tower in downtown Denver. The firm is moving from its current office at 1900 16th Street.

Hines, a privately owned global real estate investment firm, developed the building.

“We are thrilled to welcome BCG to their new home at 1144 Fifteenth Street. Adding one of the top global management consulting firms to our diverse tenant roster is truly an honor for the firm and continued confidence the market has placed in 1144 Fifteenth,” said Hines Senior Managing Director Jay Despard.

Located on 15th Street between Arapahoe and Lawrence Streets, 1144 Fifteenth is the first office tower of its kind to rise above Denver in more than 30 years. Designed by Pickard Chilton, amenities include highly efficient floor plates, 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows with unobstructed mountain and city views and three outdoor terraces. The building also has destination dispatch elevators, a great-room style collaboration center, a 5,500-square-foot gym and auto detailing service in the parking garage.

“We are excited to be expanding our presence in the Denver market by relocating to such a marquee location.  The building architecture, location, and impressive views were all draws in locating BCG Denver at 1144 Fifteenth Street,” said David Sadoff, a BCG senior partner and managing director of the Denver office.
