Centennial, CO – Transwestern’s Denver office negotiated the sale of Fairways Plaza 8200 South Colorado Boulevard in Centennial, Colorado. Managing Directors Larry Thiel and Brad Cohen represented the seller, LNR Partners, a Miami-based special servicer. Bridge33 Capital, making its first acquisition in Colorado, purchased the property via online auction for an undisclosed amount.
Fairways Plaza is a 121,350-square-foot property on nearly 10 acres at the northeast corner of East County Line Road and Colorado Boulevard. Since taking over the property in late 2013, LNR Partners and the Transwestern leasing team, led by Karen Clarke, completed more than 58,000 square feet of leasing, including the additions of The Bridal Collection, Blue Spruce Brewery, and Dual Star Dance Academy.
“LNR and Transwestern’s leasing team did a phenomenal job of enhancing the tenant mix to better serve the surrounding affluent neighborhoods,” said Thiel. “The asset’s stability and diverse tenant roster attracted several investors and prompted an out-of-state investor to make its first foray into the Colorado investment market.”
