Real estate development and investment company, Brinkman, in partnership with Jensen LaPlante Development and Keystone Real Estate, recently celebrated the grand opening of Union Pointe, in Longmont. The eight-building complex community with more than 250 apartments is opening in phases.
The project was HUD financed through Wells Fargo. The design and construction team include Kephart Architects, Permontes Group and Shaw Construction. The apartment community is managed by Greystar.
Union Pointe fills a need for a for-rent option for tenants in the Longmont area. With an estimated 21,000 people currently commuting to Longmont from elsewhere along the Front Range, Union Pointe provides commuters a convenient and attainable lifestyle community.
Union Pointe includes a resort-style pool and spa with cabanas, outdoor lounge, grills and fire pits, dog run and dog wash station, children’s play area and a bike and ski repair room.The shared clubhouse features a full kitchen for entertaining, 24-7 fitness facility with state-of-the-art equipment including a yoga/pilates/cycling studio, game room, co-working lounge with laptop bar and private work stations for residents. Other community amenities include car charging stations, outdoor fitness stations and a mail kiosk featuring package management system.
The stylish apartment homes include private balconies with spectacular views, modern flooring, carpeted bedrooms, double kitchen sinks, tiled shower surrounds, quartz countertops and full-sized washers and dryers.
