Bald Mountain Development has obtained $165 million in financing to begin construction on a Four Seasons resort and residential project that will be located in Napa Valley, California. The project includes a hotel and 20 homes. With the residents having access to all the amenities the resort offers. The resort is set to open in early 2019. Bald Mountain and Alcion Ventures are developing this project together with Heitman LLC investment and finance firm by their side.
