Denver’s Cole Neighborhood is Ready for Growth

View here.

Future development is being planned for Denver’s Cole neighborhood area. A 3.9 – acre parcel and a 20,000 – square foot building was just sold for $5 million by Minnesota limited liability company, PIII. The industrial building that came along with the land is currently being leased by SunBelt Rentals, who’s lease is going to be honored by the Minnesota company. The area is ready for growth due to its proximity to popular areas like RiNo, and the light rail.
