Denver-based real estate developer East West Partners has been named to Outside Magazine’s 2023 Best Places to Work list, coming in at No. 43. This the third time East West Partners, the developer of such projects as Cherry Creek West, The Coloradan and Union Station neighborhood, among others, has been a part of this prestigious program, having earned the No. 36 spot in 2019 and an Honorable Mention in 2022.
“I am tremendously proud that the culture we have built at East West Partners has landed us back on Outside Magazine’s Best Places to Work list for 2023,” said Chris Frampton, CEO of East West Partners. “One of our goals at the company is to improve employee engagement year after year. Moving up on this list, which is based on direct feedback from our teammates all over the country, shows we are moving the needle.”
Participating organizations must complete a two-part process to be considered for inclusion on the list. The first part evaluates each company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics and the second part consists of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combines score determines the top companies.
“East West Partners is an incredible company. It’s gratifying that our coworkers appreciate that culture. We have added new practices, policies and benefits that make us all feel valued and provide a great place to work,” said East West Partners Chief Marketing Officer Kristin Tootle. “It’s amazing to be a part of a team that has a shared passion for giving back to our employees, our communities and our planet.”
Perks for East West Partners employees include a four-week sabbatical after ten years, and every seven years thereafter; a four-day ski weekend in February; a four-day company weekend in autumn; ski markets with free ski passes, ski-in/ski-out offices, lunchtime ski/bike laps, and fitness center access; access to a private boat for Charleston employees; and tickets to Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche games
