Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), certified buildings have increased in popularity in metro Denver. The latest LEED certified building in metro Denver is former St. Anthony’s Hospital which is now a redeveloped mix of building types. The building was certified for its bike friendly environment and access to various transportation sources.
