Griffis Residential has purchased Skye 2905 Urban Flats for $126 million. The company plans on renaming the apartment complex to “Griffis Union Station”, and also plans to upgrade the clubhouse, common areas, exterior painting and cosmetic features. Vice President Jim DiRienzo states that this will be a long term investment project.
