Denver, CO – Marcus & Millichap has hired Jim Long as a senior associate in the firm’s Denver, Colorado office. In his new role, Long will focus on the sale of investment retail, office and industrial properties.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Long was a principal with StoutStreet Advisors and Cresa Partners. Throughout his career, he has received awards such as CoStar’s Power Broker designation and Denver Business Journal’s Top 10 Industrial Broker. He consistently demonstrates the ability to identify solutions which provide value and documented results for his clients, some of which include Fresenius Medical Care, The Learning Experience, Shell Oil, Colorado Distribution Group and Heritage College.
