MHK Architecture is proud to mark two major milestones in Denver: the expansion of its growing office and the groundbreaking of a meaningful new project for Wellspring Church in Englewood, Colorado.

MHK’s Denver office began as a two-person venture focused on delivering high-quality, concierge-level architecture services. Just three years later, the office has grown into a dynamic team of 15 talented professionals serving clients across Colorado and beyond. This rapid growth reflects not only MHK’s dedication to design excellence but also the trust and support of its valued clients, partners, and the broader community.

In 2025, MHK welcomed four new team members, including three experienced architects from Davis Partnership Architects and a marketing professional from Spire Design Studio. These strategic hires further enhance the firm’s multidisciplinary capabilities and reinforce its commitment to providing exceptional client service at every stage of the design process. This infusion of new talent adds fresh perspectives and deepens the Denver office’s ability to take on a wide range of architectural challenges with creativity and care.

“Our recent growth allows us to continue offering tailored services while taking on impactful projects that make a difference,” said Nathan Moore, national director. “At MHK, we’re passionate about creating spaces that elevate daily life—whether it’s a home, a multifamily community, or a place where people gather.”

One such project is the expansion of Wellspring Church, a fast-growing organization deeply rooted in community service and spiritual development. Designed in collaboration with Mesa Properties, the project supports Wellspring’s five foundational pillars by improving both the functionality and inclusiveness of its facilities, ensuring it can better serve its members and community for years to come. The expansion broke ground in May 2025 and is scheduled for completion in November 2026. MHK’s human-centered design approach, which emphasizes connection, purpose, and thoughtful problem-solving, has aligned perfectly with Wellspring’s mission and future vision.

This project reflects MHK’s belief that architecture is more than buildings—it’s about creating lasting, meaningful impact. Whether working on residential, commercial, or community-based projects, MHK strives to deliver designs that endure, inspire, and enrich lives. With nine offices nationwide and a strong, growing presence in Denver, MHK Architecture remains committed to innovation, integrity, and excellence. As the firm continues to expand, it brings with it a collaborative spirit and a passion for designing spaces that truly make a difference.
