Transworld Business Advisors Announces Three Partners

Tyler Bowman, Tatiana DeMoraes, and Axel Fleischli were appointed to partners in January of this year after several years as brokers, playing key roles in helping business owners successfully buy and sell their companies.

Tyler Bowman began his career at Transworld Business Advisors as an analyst for Fialkovich and other partners before quickly rising through the ranks to become a broker. At the time, he was the youngest broker to ever join Transworld and later became the youngest partner on the team, marking a significant milestone in the firm’s history. His time as an analyst provided invaluable experience in deal structuring, market analysis, and negotiation, giving him a deep understanding of the business sales process. With a background in family-owned businesses, he brings a strong network and expertise in deal execution. Bowman is a Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor and Certified Exit Plan Advisor, holding a degree in business finance. 

Tatiana DeMoraes joined Transworld Business Advisors five years ago, after working in commercial property management at a real estate investment trust in New York City.  

Axel Fleischli started a small business after college and later joined Transworld Business Advisors as a broker, leveraging his entrepreneurial experience to help business owners navigate the sales process. 

Howell Construction Announces the Addition of Ryan Dorsey, LEED AP, to its Leadership Team

Ryan Dorsey has joined Howell Construction as director of business development. In this role, Ryan will play a pivotal part in driving the company’s growth while elevating Howell’s brand recognition within the Denver market. With over 17 years of experience in the industry, Ryan has successfully managed large-scale projects across the Front Range, ranging in project value from $10 million up to $200 million. His unique blend of business development and operations leadership experience makes him a natural fit for Howell’s “Seller/Doer” culture.

As Director of Business Development, Ryan will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand Howell’s business, including identification of new market sector opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, generating leads, and identifying new market opportunities. Ryan will collaborate across all business functions to ensure business development efforts are aligned with company goals, increasing Howell’s revenue growth and contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
