Consolidated Investment Group Welcomes Anne Hornick as Chief Financial Officer
Consolidated Investment Group® (CIG), a leading-edge capital market and real estate investment company, announced that Anne Hornick has joined the company as its chief financial officer. In her role, she will be responsible for reporting and compliance, financial strategy, tax planning, IT oversight, and more. Ms. Hornick will also serve on the company’s Executive Leadership Team and Chairman’s Advisory Board.
Ms. Hornick is a highly respected industry veteran, with professional accounting and financial positions at Price Waterhouse, Amstar Group and most recently with NexCore Group. She majored in accounting and finance at Iowa State University and earned a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Denver.

Catamount Constructors Welcomes Lara Vincent as Director, Business Development
Catamount Constructors, Inc., a 100% employee-owned ENR Top 400 Contractor, announced Lara Vincent has joined the company as director of business development for its Denver business unit.
With 18 years in Colorado’s construction market, Lara brings deep expertise in strategic relationship-building and pursuit leadership, contributing over $11.5 billion in opportunities across education, healthcare, and specialty markets. Her understanding of regional dynamics and client priorities positions her to align Catamount’s services with partner goals while helping clients navigate evolving demands and maximizing value throughout the project lifecycle.
An active contributor to the advancement of the AEC industry, Lara currently serves on the BEST Capital Construction Assistance Board (CCAB), is a member of the Colorado Association of School Business Officials (CASBO), and sits on the Englewood Schools Long Range Planning Committee. She is also an engaged member of A4LE (Association for Learning Environments), where she contributes to the Membership Committee. These roles reflect her commitment to shaping stronger communities through meaningful construction partnerships.

Lara Vincent holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University and is a LEED Accredited Professional. She also holds a Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC) and is a graduate of the 2016 AGC Executive Leadership Academy.
