NAIOP Colorado Announces 2026 Award Winners 

On February 26, 2026, NAIOP Colorado hosted its annual award event sponsored by Fidelity National Title National Commercial Services at Empower Field at Mile High. The event honored and celebrated the region’s commercial real estate leaders, recognizing the developments, transactions, firms and individual real estate professionals that have shaped the Colorado market over the past year.

An audience of more than 400 joined to celebrate this year’s finalists across multiple awards categories. Congratulations to the 2026 finalists:
