The National Board of Chiropractor Examiners (NBCE) recently broke ground on its facility expansion and renovation project in Greeley. The NBCE is responsible for developing, administering, and scoring standardized exams that assess candidates’ knowledge, cognitive abilities, and problem-solving skills in both basic and clinical sciences.
The 9,000-square-foot expansion and 6,000-square-foot renovation to their existing facility will enhance NBCE’s capabilities to assess chiropractic competency in technique and case management through a more hands-on, real-world approach. This will be the 12th site nationwide to offer the NBCE’s Part IV Assessment.
Speakers at the event included Dr. Norman Ouzts, CEO of the NBCE; Dr. Karlos Boghosian, board president of the NBCE; Greeley Mayor John Gates; and Chamber President Jaime Henning. The speakers highlighted the positive impact the project will have on Greeley, bringing in new jobs, residents, and business opportunities.
The project team, including Howell Construction and Clark & Enersen, expressed their enthusiasm for the expansion and look forward to the grand opening early next year.
“Howell is honored to partner with NBCE and Clark & Enersen on such an impactful project for the chiropractic community and the City of Greeley,” said Andrew Gilstrap, vice president of Howell Construction.
