Beem Light Sauna, a light therapy studio concept offering infrared, red light and chromotherapy solutions, will be the first retail tenant at One River North, RiNo’s newest mixed-use building with luxury living and 8,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Beem Light Sauna will occupy 1,632 square feet of the retail space.

JLL’s Sam Zaitz and Lily Armstrong are handling retail leasing on behalf of the landlord.

Most known for its unique “canyon design” that mimics hiking up the Colorado Mountain biomes, the 187-unit One River North development opened its doors at 3930 Blake Street to residents in April.

The architecturally distinctive project is developed by The Max CollaborativeUplands Real Estate PartnersWynne Yasmer Real Estate and Zakhem Real Estate Group — built by Saunders Construction and designed by MAD Architects with operational architects the Davis Partnership.  The building seamlessly blends nature and biophilic design with city life and inner surroundings. One River North stands out among other developments in Denver’s highly sought-after River North Arts District.

Beem Light Sauna’s approach to holistic health coincides with the natural inspirations utilized in the building’s design and focus on the well-being of its residents, and the studio will be a valuable asset to current and future tenants.
