Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors Congratulates Top Brokers 2021

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, has awarded Josh Newell, principal, this year’s Top Producer award. This marks the tenth time in the past fourteen years that Newell has received Pinnacle’s top overall broker award. Newell also earned the Top Multifamily Broker award.

“Josh and the entire Newell Team had an outstanding 2021 campaign, closing on 43 transactions and consistently delivering quality results for their clients,” stated James Mansfield, vice president managing director. “Josh and his team are always efficient and high functioning, focusing on their clients’ best interests. The Newell Team had another great year of significant success,” contributed Matt Ritter, co-founder, principal.

Jeff Caldwell was recognized for his involvement in the 2021 Largest Deal, the sale of CIVICA at 250 Fillmore Street. The property sold for $108 million.

Paul Schneider, principal, was awarded the 2021 Top Industrial Broker award. In 2021, Schneider’s largest deal was the sale of 675 E 124th Avenue for $7.8 million.

The Top Office Broker award went to Corey Sandberg, vice president. In 2021, Corey Sandberg of the Johnson Ritter Team completed nine transactions with a total deal volume of $35.3 million. His largest deal this year was the $17 million sale of the Broomfield Professional Campus, located at 3301-3305 W 144th Avenue in Broomfield.

Eric Diesch and Peter Sengelmann, both vice presidents, were awarded the Top Retail Broker award. They completed seven transactions this year with a total sales volume of $86.7 million. Their largest transaction of the year was the sale of 4501-4539 E Thomas Road, which sold for $65 million.

Jason McClanahan was awarded 2021 Rising Star award.  In 2021, McClanahan closed six deals with a total transaction volume of $12.6 million.

“I congratulate all of our award winners this year. They stayed focused and pushed hard throughout the year, helping Pinnacle achieve their best year ever, hitting a transaction volume over one billion dollars,” stated Jeff Johnson, co-founder, principal.

In 2021, Pinnacle closed 326 total deals, including 237 sales, and 89 leases totaling $1,014,669,929 in transaction volume.
