Small Giants, a full-service marketing firm with a focus on the architectural, engineering and construction (AEC) and commercial real estate (CRE) industries, has moved into an ideally located new office in the heart of Denver at 686 Mariposa St. The 2,500-square-foot office is located in the Associated General Contractors (AGC) Building and provides the growing Small Giants team a space where they will come into regular contact with clients and other industry partners.
Tracy Sorano, managing director of the Denver office, says the move was strategic to better serve their specialized focus in CRE and construction. “Small Giants’ Denver office is ideally located in the same building as the Colorado chapter of the AGC. It’s centrally located just south of Denver’s Central Business District in the Lincoln Park neighborhood,” Sorano says. “This location gives us the opportunity to provide photography, video, marketing needs and specialized training to clients and convenience as they utilize the resources within the building.”
To celebrate the new office and to welcome visitors who want to learn more about Small Giants, the team is hosting an Open House on Wednesday, April 26 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Denver office, 686 Mariposa St. Guests can enjoy drinks and hors d’oeuvres and meet the Small Giants team. Also, guests can sit down for a complimentary professional headshot.

The new Denver office move coincided with the Small Giants team moving to a new office in Phoenix. The new Phoenix location is 5555 E. Van Buren St., Suite 115.
