Union Tower West Confirms First Tenant

Husch Blackwell is the first tenant to sign a lease at Union Tower West, the mixed-use development across from Union Station. This 210,000 SF, $92 million project includes 100,000 SF of Class A office space, 10,000 SF of retail, and a 180-room Hotel Indigo. The project broke ground in April 2015 and is anticipating a December 2016 completion date. John Portman & Associates is the architect and Hensel Phelps is the contractor.
