Western Development Company Announces New Property Management Division

Western Asset Services is being led by Lisa McInroy, vice president of property management.

DENVER – Western Development Group, a Denver-based privately held real estate development company specializing in mixed-use developments in Colorado, recently announced its new property management division, Western Asset Services. This new entity will apply the proven systems and practices already being used on Western’s own assets, to assist third party owners with their real estate interests.

Western Asset Services is being led by Lisa McInroy, vice president of property management, a well-respected property management veteran with nearly 30 years of experience. Lisa joined Western Development Group (WDG) in 2007 and since then has managed the operations and leasing efforts of the WDG portfolio, which consists of several mixed-use real estate developments in the Cherry Creek area of Denver.

“We recognize that successful management of an asset takes more than market knowledge, but also requires a thorough understanding of a property owner’s goals, sensitivity to the individual needs of the ownership structure and tenant base, timely and accurate reporting, and an interactive approach to solutions,” said McInroy. “We’ve made a significant investment in our accounting and property management software that will allow customization of our reporting package to accommodate institutional clients as well as an owner of a single asset. Our growth is deliberate and selective, enabling us to transition a client’s project into our management portfolio quickly and efficiently. The standards and practices we have applied to our own assets are duplicated with all of our clients.”
