View here

With more and more people moving into metro Denver the demand for housing is growing. However, Denver no longer has any room to expand which brings developers eyes to Aurora for its vast amount of undeveloped land. The city is ready to take on this opportunity, and has already started to build a team of stakeholders that help guide land use and plans. Aurora has already issued permits for 1,350 single family buildings, and 1,365 apartment permits. The City of Aurora has had such a smooth time getting these permits out because they are working so closely with Joint Development Task Force. The city’s eastern side will the anticipated focus for growth. There are hopes that there will be more and more housing developers moving into the area.
