Sweet Creek Capital, a newly launched Denver-based real estate investment and development firm dedicated to creating high-quality multifamily communities across Colorado’s Front Range, is set to break ground on its inaugural development, The Peaks at Canyons luxury rental townhomes in Castle Pines. Construction on the 70-unit community is expected to be completed in late 2027.
Located in The Canyons master-planned community at the intersection of Canyonside Boulevard and Canyon Forge Drive, The Peaks at Canyons is a purpose-built rental community designed for modern living. The project will offer a curated collection of three-story townhomes that combine contemporary design, desirable floor plan layouts and high-end finishes.
The community will feature a mix of 40 three-bedroom and 30 four-bedroom residences, each with 3 1/2 bathrooms and a private, attached two-car garage. Designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality rental housing along the Front Range, The Peaks at Canyons will deliver the comfort and privacy of homeownership with the flexibility of rental living.
Townhomes will range from approximately 1,410 to 1,760 square feet and feature modern architecture and luxury finishes, including quartz countertops, vinyl plank flooring, smart home technology, stainless steel appliances and 9-foot ceilings, delivering an ideal balance of comfort, functionality and refined livability.
The project is being developed in partnership with Oakwood Homes, with construction financing provided by FirstBank, now part of PNC.
