Hensel Phelps’ Rocky Mountain Region Moves to Broomfield

Hensel Phelps hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 25.

General contractor Hensel Phelps has relocated its Rocky Mountain Regional Office from Thornton to Broomfield. The team officially moved into its new office at 2 International Court, Broomfield in early June, marking an exciting new chapter for the region as it continues to grow and expand.

The newly renovated 37,500-square-foot office space will also serve as home to the Hensel Phelps Services team. Hensel Phelps Services delivers performance-driven support across the full facility lifecycle, from technical services and cybersecurity to building systems Integration, specialized construction and facility management. Bringing both groups together under one roof will support continued collaboration, innovation and operational growth.

The move reflects the ongoing expansion of the Rocky Mountain Region and positions Hensel Phelps for future growth in Colorado and throughout the surrounding areas. Team members are excited to establish roots in Broomfield and become an active part of the local community.

To commemorate the relocation, Hensel Phelps hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 25. Broomfield Mayor Guyleen Castriotta attended the event and officially welcomed the company to the community.
