U.S. National Construction Costs Continue to Rise

According to the Rider Levett Bucknall Quarterly Construction Cost Report, national average construction costs increased approximately 4.94 percent between January 2019 and January 2020. In Denver, construction costs increased 4.07 percent, just below the national average. Chicago, Honolulu, New York, Portland, San Francisco, and Seattle experienced the greatest annual increases, showing escalation above the national average.

Congress Park Apartments Sell for $18.9M
