Affordable Housing Bill Passes House Finance Committee

BOULDER — Boulder Housing Partner (BHP), the Housing Authority for the City of Boulder has selected General Contractor Palace Construction, to construct their latest affordable housing development, Red Oak Park II. Boulder-based Coburn Architecture will work with Palace Construction to expand Boulder’s existing Red Oak Park community. Apartment Community in Southeast Denver Sells for $65.5M

DENVER — Besyata Investment Group and The Scharf Group have acquired One Dartmouth Place, an apartment community located in Southeast Denver, for $65.5 million. The seller was not disclosed.
