On Thursday, Feb.29, NAIOP Colorado held its 36th Annual Awards of Achievement celebration at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Seawell Grand Ballroom, hosted by Fidelity National Title National Commercial Services. The event honors the “Best of the Best” in Colorado’s Real Estate Industry for 2023.
The event was MCCD by Colorado Chapter President for 2024, Dan Metzger, chief operating officer of Brinkman Real Estate. In a world where we cannot go more than a few days without hearing something about Taylor Swift, NAIOP couldn’t resist using the “Eras” theme as inspiration for this year’s program.
“For the last 37 years, NAIOP-Colorado has celebrated different eras of commercial real estate. These eras have been defined by market cycles, and our industry and chapter have grown and contracted in tandem with these cycles,” said Metzger.
