OZ Architecture designed a sustainable, energy-efficient resort that features 107 hotel rooms and 95 luxury residences.
Designed as the “living room” of Keystone, Kindred Resort brings together elevated luxury and the warm, family-friendly spirit that makes this mountain town so special. A long-awaited effort to restore Denver’s historic Rossonian Hotel took a significant step forward in May as the Denver City Council advanced a tax increment financing (TIF) package that could provide up to $15.5 million in public financing support for the project.
The redevelopment—by @palisadepartners —includes a comprehensive restoration of the historic Rossonian building alongside new hotel accommodations, event space, food and beverage offerings, retail space and community-focused uses.
If approved, the financing package would represent another major investment along the Welton Corridor and could help accelerate the long-anticipated reopening of the Rossonian. Current projections target a 2028 opening for the revitalized hotel.

The 450-square-foot concept celebrated its grand opening on April 29.
The new market brings grab-and-go meals, grocery essentials and prepared foods to the heart of LoDo, further enhancing the mixed-use destination’s retail and hospitality offerings.
The space at 1800 Wazee Street was designed by @bariarchitecture and completed by @sprungconstructioninc.
Managed by @sagehospitalitygroup, the market is now open daily at 11 a.m.
