Powderline, a Vectra Bank branch conversion, delivers nine condominiums in Steamboat’s short-term rental Green Zone this winter, moments from the slopes, with the original bank vaults retained in the design.
Basecamp Row, on the former Steamboat Pilot & Today newspaper headquarters site, has delivered seven for-sale townhomes alongside 73 rental units on the same property.

Mile High CRE attended a private grand opening event this week for @emaginetheatres Emagine Parker—a completely reimagined 32,000-square-foot entertainment destination featuring luxury heated recliners, premium large-format EMX auditoriums, immersive Dolby Atmos sound, 4K projection, expanded food-and-beverage offerings, a full-service bar, and the company’s first self-ordering guest experience.
The transformation was designed by international entertainment architecture firm @decaarchitecture and the general contractor was Amcon Construction.
“The newly renovated Emagine theatre is a tremendous investment in Parker and a welcome addition to our town,” said Parker, Colorado Mayor Joshua Rivero. “We’ve missed having a movie theatre right here in Parker over the past year, and we’re excited to have it back as a place that brings families, friends and neighbors together while supporting our local economy.”
The celebration benefited @hopekidsinc Colorado, with proceeds supporting local families facing life-threatening medical conditions.
