Here’s who’s moving in alongside the 177 luxury residences in 2027:
•Arhaus – Anchoring the space with a massive ~18,000 sq. ft. home furnishings showroom.
•Two Hands – Bringing its second Denver-area Australian-inspired, all-day café concept.
•PopUp Bagels – Serving up their famous tear-and-dip bagels and signature schmears.
•Milehimodern – Adding a 5th Colorado location for the boutique luxury brokerage.
According to BMC Investments CEO Matt Joblon, the tenant mix was curated specifically to address Cherry Creek’s demand for approachable breakfast and lunch spots.
Delivery for the residential units and the first retail concepts is slated for Q1 2027.

And that’s a wrap on Day 2 of the SMPS Southwest Regional Conference!
Friday’s sessions brought the conversation from leadership to the strategies AEC firms can put into practice every day.
The morning kicked off with “Lessons from the Summit: Leadership at 19,341 Feet,” followed by conversations around aligning marketing, business development and operations through “The Revenue Engine Blueprint.”
Attendees also got hands-on with LinkedIn, looking at ways to strengthen their profiles and professional presence, while “Charting the Social Frontier” explored how firms can approach social media as a team effort.
A strong finish to two days of new perspectives, practical takeaways and conversations across the AEC community.
