Retail momentum continues at Dairy Block with the opening of Marczyk Mighty Market @denvermilkmarket
The 450-square-foot concept celebrated its grand opening on April 29.
The new market brings grab-and-go meals, grocery essentials and prepared foods to the heart of LoDo, further enhancing the mixed-use destination’s retail and hospitality offerings.
The space at 1800 Wazee Street was designed by @bariarchitecture and completed by @sprungconstructioninc.
Managed by @sagehospitalitygroup, the market is now open daily at 11 a.m.

@barcelonawinebar is opening a new restaurant in the Denver Tech Center at On The Square (Belleview and Ulster) in early 2027.
Known for its award-winning Spanish wine program and the lively neighborhood tapas-bar energy that makes it easy to lose track of time, Barcelona is bringing that same experience to South Denver.
The new space will be roughly 4,000 square feet inside, with a 1,000-square-foot enclosed patio and an additional 1,000-square-foot outdoor patio.
While we wait for the new destination to open, both Barcelona and sister concept Corsica are going strong in RiNo with porrón pours, late nights, clean and rustic dishes, and creative cocktails.

A partnership between RXR, Korman Communities, @inventdevelopmentpartners and Halpern Real Estate Ventures has officially broken ground on AVE Station House—a 13-story multifamily project set to bring new housing, retail and energy to one of Denver’s fastest-growing neighborhoods.
The development will feature:
• 301 residential units (including affordable housing)
• 6,000+ SF of ground-floor retail
• 18,000+ SF of amenities
• Immediate access to transit + bike infrastructure

In Cherry Creek—where ground-up development often dominates—the transformation of the former Ginny Williams Gallery into Uchiko, a 7,400-square-foot, design-forward Japanese restaurant, stands out as a compelling example of adaptive reuse done right.
Rather than replace the Ginny Williams gallery, @haihospitality preserved the mid-century structure and added a 2,300-square-foot extension featuring a light-filled sunroom framed by timber beams and expressed columns.
