🚧⚽️ BREAKING: Denver Summit FC officially broke ground today on its new 14,500-seat, purpose-built stadium in Denver’s Santa Fe Yards, marking a major milestone for professional women’s sports and one of the city’s most significant new sports developments.
The approximately $225 million stadium is expected to open for the 2028 NWSL season and will anchor a broader sports and entertainment district near Broadway and I-25.

The open-air stadium is planned to include premium suites and clubs, team operations space, more than 300,000 square feet of new construction, and connections to transit, pedestrian and bike infrastructure.
The project also represents a significant public-private investment, with the City of Denver contributing $70 million for land and site preparation and private ownership investing $150 million-plus toward construction.
A major new piece of Denver’s urban development landscape is officially underway. Let’s go Denver Summit FC!
