A new five-story office building is being proposed at 55–65 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver.
The concept plans, submitted by @ozarchitecture, call for five levels of office space above a partially below-grade parking level with 49 total parking spaces.
The project would bring new office space to a prominent stretch of South Colorado Boulevard and is designed to transition between the commercial corridor and the lower-scale district to the north.

New York-based SERHANT. is expanding into Colorado, bringing its AI-powered brokerage platform and tech-driven approach to the Denver market.

The Broncos shared updated master plan renderings on Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2026, for Burnham Yard, the team’s preferred site for a world-class stadium and vibrant mixed-use neighborhood.
The updated Burnham Yard site layout and neighborhood plans were developed through extensive community feedback, in partnership with Denver-based Tryba Architects, the Broncos’ master plan architect.
The new site layout, which will continue to evolve, features four distinct neighborhood districts: the North End, Village Center, Turntable and South End.

Colorado-based developer @eastwestpartners has completed The Amble, a new, all-electric residential community at Steamboat Ski Resort.
With $83 million in sales volume since sales began in 2024, only 14 residences remain available in the first new residential development in the base area in the last 15 years.
@359designco served as architect of The Amble and @saundersconstructioninc was the general contractor. @ssf_real_estate is the listing brokerage for the property.
