On October 23, Buzze, Koelbel and Company, and Denver Mayor Mike Johnston came together to celebrate the installation of new EV chargers at Sienna Sloans Lake, part of a larger initiative to bring electric vehicle infrastructure to affordable multifamily communities across Denver.
The ribbon cutting marked the success of a public-private partnership that leverages Xcel Energy’s Commercial EV Infrastructure Rebate Program to bring clean transportation access to underserved residents and the City of Denver’s sustainability goals.

Set to be one of the most sustainable mixed-use districts in the nation, the Clayworks project in Golden is breathing new life into the historic CoorsTek site through adaptive reuse and sustainable design.
“Adaptive reuse challenges us to design with constraints; to protect the history, materials and spirit that shaped this district," says Melissa Rummel, senior director of development of AC Development. "By preserving these spaces, we’re creating a living dialogue between the past and the future while designing authentic spaces that will serve and inspire the community.”
