@saverinadenver will be the hotel’s ground floor restaurant serving Italian-inspired modern American fare, while Halo will be the hotel’s 19th-floor rooftop bar offering libations, global-inspired small bites, and dramatic, 180-degree views of the Rocky Mountains.
Kimpton Claret Hotel is a collaboration between Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, an IHG brand, DTC Hospitality Investors, LLC, and developer Cypress 16, LLC in conjunction with McClurg Century Investments, LLC, all working in tandem to bring this project to life. @kgdarchitecture is the architect and @karamanndesign is the interior designer. @harveybuilders is the general contractor.

The nearly 100,000-square-foot, eight-story mixed-use project earned 87% of the total applicable points for environmental sustainability, health and wellness, and resilience. The project is also the first to achieve Four Green Globes under GBI’s Green Globes Core & Shell (CS) program.

@caddiscollaborative is working on three workforce housing projects in mountain communities: West Eagle Housing in Eagle County, Phillips Mobile Home Park in Pitkin County and Riverfront Village in Ridgway.
